| This one was a Request by Paragon-Oblivion (A.K.A. B-J-C ) on DeviantART. A creature/character design for one of his stories. A being that he wished to be the 'Grand Chimera'.
Now while It is indeed quite a chimera, (and most of you know how much I love those) There are some aspects of it that probably could have been enhanced at this point. For instance, there isn't as much reptilian or fish-ish-ness in it as I could have added, but I kinda was leaning towards a land-based or flying creature. perhaps I'll design a counter-part to this creature at some point... Anyways, Paragon asked that I make it centauric, and he also requested the wings, ... for the most part I'm pretty happy with it, it turned out pretty good. no part of it seems particularly 'out-of-place' with the whole design, which is my main goal with chimeras. I'm not big on the ' peiced together frankenstein' look myself. Just personal preferences though. |
